Key Responsibilities:

1 Lead the sales team at the project/site level. 2 Achieve project-wise sales and revenue targets.

3  Monitor leads, site visits, bookings and conversion ratios.

4  Manage and motivate the sales team.

5 Develop relationships with channel partners and customers.

6 Review daily/weekly sales performance.

7 Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams.

8 Prepare sales forecasts and MIS for management.
