Key Responsibilities:

1 Manage day-to-day building maintenance activities.                       
2 Attend to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil and other maintenance issues.

3 Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.

4  Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors.

5 Monitor equipment and facility performance.

6 Maintain maintenance schedules and service records.

7 Attend to customer/occupant maintenance complaints.

8 Ensure safety, service quality and timely resolution of issues.
