4 Maintain relationships with existing customers.

5. Analyse customer feedback and identify improvement areas.

6. Coordinate with Sales, CRM and Marketing teams.

7.Develop referral and repeat-business opportunities.

8.Track loyalty program performance and prepare MIS.
