Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the overall Safety and HSE function.   

2. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.

3. Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements.

4. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits and inspections.                                                

5. Monitor site safety practices and contractor compliance.

6. Investigate accidents/incidents and implement corrective actions.

7. Conduct safety training, toolbox talks and awareness programs.

8. Prepare safety MIS and report critical issues to management.
